These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phh365 ("phh365", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the phh365 online gaming platform available at phh365.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing any portion of the Platform, or participating in any game, promotion, or service offered by phh365, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform.

To register and maintain an active account on phh365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering the account for personal, non-commercial use.

• You must not have a previously terminated account on phh365 unless reinstated by phh365 in writing.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the phh365 Platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether in the same name or using different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. phh365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time, including but not limited to:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. phh365 staff will never request your password under any circumstances. You must notify phh365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phh365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

All financial transactions on phh365 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). phh365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya — credited and processed near-instantly for verified accounts
• Bank Transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank — typically processed within one (1) banking business day
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC20) — subject to network confirmation times

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account verification tier and payment method, as detailed in the Cashier section of your phh365 account dashboard.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into the same phh365 account, except where phh365 explicitly authorizes an alternative withdrawal channel. This requirement exists as an anti-money laundering (AML) control measure.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address, and device.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game in its information panel.

Live casino games are conducted by licensed third-party studio operators streaming dealer games in real time. phh365 is not responsible for interruptions caused by studio-side technical issues, but will work with the relevant provider to resolve disputes fairly.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay:

• Bets placed during a verified malfunction will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the phh365 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the Platform in place of manual human gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known or suspected bugs must be reported to phh365 and will be subject to review.
• Colluding with other players, including coordinating bets in live poker or live dealer games to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine law or applicable international standards.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access portions of the Platform not intended for player use, including administrative systems.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent on behalf of third parties.

phh365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gaming on phh365 is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be used as a financial strategy or a means of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phh365 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your phh365 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and have a cooling-off period when increased.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phh365 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display phh365 content without prior written consent.
• Use phh365 branding in any manner that could suggest an unauthorized affiliation with or endorsement by phh365.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any phh365 software or game.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phh365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the phh365 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical outages, service interruptions, or force majeure events.

phh365's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their phh365 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phh365's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict liability under applicable Philippine law.

phh365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phh365 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phh365 complies with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), in its handling of your personal information. phh365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels under Philippine jurisdiction.
